The Core making systems include Shell process, Cold Box process and Phenolic as well as Alkyd No-Bake processes. The Melting systems include Cupolas as prime melters with Mains Frequency Coreless Induction Furnaces as secondary melters and Super Heaters. The total capacity of this plant is presently 12000 TPA.

Product range includes Automobile Castings for 5 to 70 kgs.

The Core Making Systems include Continuous Mixers with Phenolic Two Parts system, Electrically and Gas Heated Machines for Shell Cores and Core Shooters with built-in Gas Generators for Cold Box Cores.

This plant houses Mains Frequency Coreless Induction Furnaces with Total 1500 KW and Channel Induction Holders of 2 tonnes and 2 tonnes capacity with dual track KVA Power rating each installed for melting and holding the liquid metal. It also has Ductile Iron Holding Crucible with inert gas atmosphere and Press Pour system.

Both Grey Iron as well as Ductile Iron (SG Iron) castings are produced in this Division. The Foundry can produce casings weighing upto 70 kg per pc. A wide range of items are likely to be exported regularly world-wide to USA, U.K, Germany, Italy, Denmark, South Africa, Japan, Singapore and Middle East Countries. Marketing operations are likely to be carried out across the country, by a wide network of marketing offices, to cater the needs of domestic and upcountry market in major towns and cities of India.
